The Client

Our client is a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Microsoft Gold Partner specialising in Cloud Solutions. Due to continued growth they are looking to hire a highly driven and dynamic Service Delivery Manager. 

The Role

As a Service Delivery Manager, you’re responsible for building client relationships, ensuring excellent levels of technical support and customer service are provided; whilst monitoring and assessing the technical teams performance delivers to the defined SLA’s/KPO’s. Duties will include:

  • Driving internal and client service review meetings (Performance, Service Improvements, Quality & Processes)
  • Develop and implement service processes to the technical services teams.
  • Ticket monitoring/management
  • Managing major incidents
  • Monitoring the technical teams, logging of calls/incidents and resolution times

What’s Needed

  • 2 years+ experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience in working within MSP environment
  • Experience designing, transforming and implementing Service Delivery Models
  • Strong client service; excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
  • ITIL V3/4 qualified
  • Passion for continuous learning and development
